Vegan Mashed Potatoes with Caraway Seeds

What you need: Yellow potatoes Caraway seeds Sea salt Avocado oil Red onion Garlic Cashew milk

Peel and chop the potatoes. Add them to a large pot, cover with water and add caraway seeds and salt. Cook for 20-25 minutes.

Sautee red onion with avocado oil and sea salt for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Drain the potatoes, add sautéd onion and garlic, cashew milk, and mash using a potato masher or a handheld mixer.
