Tuna Cucumber Sandwich

What you need: Canned tuna Soft goat cheese Shallot Capers Olive oil Chili garlic sauce Sea salt and pepper Fresh chives Bread Cucumber Lettuce

Add canned tuna, goat cheese, shallot, capers, herbs, chili garlic sauce, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.

Mix everything together with a fork and set aside.

Toast your bread. This step is optional.

Spread the tuna spread on one or both slices.

Add cucumber slices.

Add lettuce and any other veggies you like.

Top the sandwich with the other slice and cut in half.
