What you need:
Kale
Sweet potatoes
Cucumber
Red onion
Sun-dried tomatoes
Soft goat cheese
Olive oil
Lemon
Fresh herbs

Peel and dice your sweet potatoes, drizzle with oil and season with dried herbs, and garlic powder.

Roast at 400F for 40 minutes tossing once.
