Strawberry Vanilla Chia Jam

What you need: Strawberries Vanilla bean Water Maple syrup Lemon juice Chia seeds

Add chopped strawberries, maple syrup, and a splash of water to a saucepan.

Cook the strawberries for 10-15 minutes. Add lemon juice, vanilla, and cook for 5 more minutes.

Stir in chia seeds and let sit and cool for an hour. Stir 1-2 to avoid clumps. Store in the fridge in an airtight container once cool.
