What you need:
Eggplant
Tamari
Sesame oil
Maple syrup
Rice vinegar
Miso paste
Chili garlic sauce
Garlic powder

Preheat your oven to 425F. Mix sesame oil, tamari, maple syrup, miso, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic powder. Drizzle over egglant and toss to coat well.
