What you need: Spaghetti Olive oil Garlic Chili peppers Sea salt Fresh parsley Pecorino

Sauté garlic and chili in olive oil while your spaghetti cooks.

Add finely chopped fresh parsley and cook for another minute.

Add cooked spaghetti and a splash of pasta water.

Add grated pecorino or parmesan and toss. Add more pasta water as needed and serve.
