Soy Glazed Brussels Sprouts

What you need: Brussels sprouts Avocado oil Sea salt and pepper Tamari Rice vinegar Mirin Toasted sesame oil Maple syrup Chili garlic sauce Garlic Grated ginger Tapioca starch Fresh parsley Sesame seeds

Cut ends off the brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Add to a baking sheet with avocado oil, salt, and pepper.

Roast brussels sprouts at 425F for 20 minutes.

Simmer all glaze ingredients in a small saucepan on the stove for 5 minutes.

Pour the glaze over the roasted brussels sprouts and sprinkle with fresh parsley and toasted sesame seeds.
