Single Serving Baked Oatmeal

What you need: Egg Almond butter Maple syrup Vanilla extract Almond milk Rolled oats Baking powder Cacao powder Cinnamon Blueberries Raspberries Peaches Turbinado sugar

Whisk together the egg, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Add milk and whisk again to mix.

Add oats, baking powder, cacao powder, and cinnamon and whisk to combine.

Add blueberries, raspberries, peaches, or other fruits and mix.

Pour the batter into a baking dish and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.

Bake the oatmeal in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden and crispy on top.

Serve the baked oats with berries, yogurt, hemp seeds, or any other toppings.
