Shiitake Mushroom  Goat Cheese Sandwich

What you need: Soft goat cheese Milk Avocado oil Shallots Sea salt Garlic Shiitake mushroom Fresh rosemary Fresh thyme Tamari Bread

Add goat cheese and milk to a food processor and blend until smooth. You can add fresh thyme for more flavor.

Sautee shallots with avocado oil and salt for a few minutes. Add garlic, shiitake, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 10 minutes.

Toast your bread and top with whipped goat cheese and sauteed shiitake mushroom.
