Rosemary Mashed Potatoes

What you need: Russet potatoes Sea salt Butter Cooking oil Yellow onion Fresh rosemary Garlic Cashew milk Black pepper

Peel and chop potatoes and cook them with salt for 15-20 minutes.

Cook finely chopped onion with butter, oil, rosemary, and minced garlic.

Strain the potatoes and add the sauteed onion, garlic, and rosemary mixture.

Add butter and milk. Use a potato masher or a handheld mixer to mash the potatoes.
