Rosemary Grapefruit Mimosa

What you need: Grapefruits Fresh rosemary Champagne or Prosecco

Juice the grapefruits into a large jar, add the rosemary and let them sit for 10 minutes in the fridge.

Fill up your glass 1/3 or 1/2 way up with rosemary grapefruit juice and top up with chilled Champagne.

Garnish with a string of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit.
