Roasted Vegetable Ramen Noodle Stir Fry

What you need: Bell peppers Zucchinis Red onions Cooking oil Ramen noodles Tamari Toasted sesame Oil Rice vinegar Maple syrup Chili garlic sauce Minced Ginger

Add chopped bell peppers, zucchinis, and red onion to a baking dish.

Roast at 425F for 20-30 minutes.

Add cooked ramen noodles and toss.

Whisk sauce ingredients, simmer for 2 minutes and pour over the ramen and veggies.
