Roasted Mediterranean Potatoes

What you need: Lemon juice Olive oil Vegetable broth Garlic Dried oregano Dried parsley Dried rosemary Paprika powder Salt & pepper Potatoes

Add potatoes and mixed sauce with herbs and garlic to a baking dish.

Cover with foil and roast for 40 minutes at 400F.

Raise the temperature to 425F, uncover, and roast for 30 more minutes.

Serve with fresh parsley and garnish with lemon slices.
