Roasted Grapes Goat Cheese Crostini
What you need: A baguette Grapes Honey Garlic Goat Cheese Milk Olive oil Thyme Grapes Honey
Thinly slice your baguette and toast it at 400F (200C) for 8-10 minutes.
Add grapes and fresh thyme to a baking dish and bake at 425F (220C) for 10 minutes. Drizzle with honey and bake for 10 more minutes.
Add soft goat cheese, a splash of milk, olive oil, garlic, and thyme into a food processor and blend until smooth and fluffy.
Top your toasted baguette with the whipped goat cheese, roasted grapes, and a drizzle of honey.
