Roasted Broccoli Salad with Almond Dressing

What you need: Broccoli Avocado oil Sea salt, pepper Almond butter Extra virgin olive oil Dijon mustard Lemon juce Maple syrup Hot sauce Romaine lettuce Cucumber Cherry tomatoes Red onion Fresh dill Pecans

Toss broccoli with avocado oil, salt, and pepper and roast at 400F for 25 minutes.

Whisk together almond butter, olive oil, dijon mustard, lemon juice, maple syrup, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.

Add romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, dill, pecans, and roasted broccoli into a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss.

Serve the salad as is or add extra protein on the side.
