Raspberry Hibiscus Margarita

What you need: Raspberries Maple syrup Vanilla extract Sea salt Tequila Chambord Lime juice Hibiscus Bitters

Mix the raspberries, maple syrup, and vanilla to a saucepan and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain and set aside.

Add sea salt to a small plate for the salt rim. Mix in beet powder to make it red.

Add everything into a shaker with ice. Pour over ice and top up with sparkling water if desired.
