What you'll need: Cane sugar Water Peppermint extract Espresso White chocolate Oat milk

First, make the syrup. Simmer sugar and water together. Take off heat and add peppermint extract.

Brew espresso over white chocolate chips and stir together. Add to a mug with peppermint syrup.

Froth and warm up your milk and pour it over the coffee.
