Peach Stuffed Pancakes

What you need: Eggs Maple syrup Avocado oil Vanilla extract Sea salt Almond milk Gluten-free flour blend Baking powder Cinnamon Peaches

Whisk together eggs, maple syrup, avocado oil, milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl.

In another large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Add the wet ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.

Spoon the batter over to a preheated pan with butter or oil and top each pancake with peach slices.

Add more batter on top and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serve the pancakes with caramelized peaches on top, berries, yogurt, or any other toppings you like!
