Peach Baked Oatmeal

What you need: Rolled oats Baking powder Cinnamon Eggs Maple syrup Almond butter Butter Sea salt Peaches Turbinado sugar

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in two separate bowls.

Slice 1-2 peaches and reserve for topping and dice the rest. Peeling them isn't necessary.

Add dry ingredients to wet and fold in the diced fresh peaches.

Add the oatmeal mixture to a baking pan and top with reserved peach slices. Sprinkle with turbinado sugar.

Bake the oatmeal at 375F for 45-50 minutes or until golden and crispy on top.

Allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving. Divide into 6 portions and serve on its own or with more peaches and yogurt.
