Mixed Berry Baked Oatmeal

What you need: Eggs Maple syrup Almond butter Vanilla extract Avocado oil Sea salt Almond milk Rolled oats Baking powder Cinnamon Ginger Blueberries Raspberries Strawberries Turbinado sugar

Whisk together eggs, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, avocado oil, and sea salt. Add almond milk and whisk.

Add oats, baking powder, and spices. Whisk to combine.

Add frozen blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.

Pour the batter into a baking dish and top with more berries and turbinado sugar.

Bake the oatmeal at 375F for 45-50 minutes.

Serve the baked oatmeal with fresh berries, yogurt, nut butter, or homemade chocolate sauce (recipe included in post).
