Miso Rosted Broccoli

What you need: Broccoli Red onion Miso Sesame oil Tamari Maple syrup Rice vinegar Ground ginger Red pepper flakes Garlic

Toss chopped broccoli, quartered onion together with miso tamari, and all the other seasonings.

Roast at 425F for 25 minutes. Toss halfway through.

Serve immediately with rice and a choice of protein. Delicious with roasted salmon or tofu.
