Mashed Potatoes with Roasted Garlic

What you need: Potatoes Caraway seeds Milk Roasted Garlic Onion (optional) Fresh herbs Butter Salt and pepper

Peel and chop potatoes and cook them with caraway seeds for 20-25 minutes.

Drain potatoes, add roasted garlic, butter, milk, salt, and pepper and mash using a masher or a handheld mixer for smoother potatoes.

Mix in fresh herbs, and more salt or pepper to taste.
