Balsamic Roasted Carrots

What you need: Carrots Balsamic vinegar Avocado oil Fresh thyme Maple syrup Sea salt Pepper

Add chopped carrots, oil, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper to a baking sheet.

Roast at 425F (220C) for 10-12 minutes.

Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, toss, and roast 15 more minutes.
