Mango Pico de Gallo

What you need: Mango Roma tomatoes Red onion Fresh cilantro Jalapeno Lime Sea salt Tajin (optional)

Dice and chop all the ingredients and add them to a large bowl. 

Toss everything gently until combined and drizzle over lime juice and sprinkle with sea salt and tajin if desired. Toss again.

Serve as an appetizer with tortilla chips, add it to tacos, bowls, tortillas, salads, or serve as a side with protein.
