What you need: Hazelnuts Water Cane sugar Vanilla extract Cinnamon Sea salt Oat milk Espresso

Roast hazelnuts in the oven for 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate and rub to remove the skins.

Simmer the hazelnuts with cane sugar and water. Take off heat and add vanilla.

Strain the syrup and refrigerate. Save the hazelnuts for snacking.

Brew your espresso and pour it over ice with the hazelnut syrup.

Froth your milk and pour it over the espresso. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
