Healthy Asparagus Pasta

What you need: Onion Garlic White wine Asparagus Dried oregano, parsley, and rosemary Pasta of choice Lemon Fresh basil Pecorino cheese Pine nuts Sea salt and pepper

Sautee onion and garlic with avocado oil. Deglaze with white wine.

Add chopped asparagus, dried herbs, and salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.

Cook pasta and add it to the asparagus along with fresh basil, pecorino cheese, and a squeeze of lemon.

Serve with toasted pine nuts, more salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
