Harissa Roasted Carrots with Labneh and Dukkah

What you need: Harissa paste Maple syrup Avocado oil Lemon juice Ground coriander Ground cumin Raw carrots Labneh Dukkah

Make your own dukkah or use store bought. It's made of nuts, sesame seeds, coriander, and cumin. I used pistachios.

Add carrots to a baking dish, drizzle with harissa sauce, and toss.

Roast carrots at 400F for 40-50 minutes. Spread labneh on a serving plate and top with roasted carrots.

Sprinkle the carrots with dukkah and serve.
