What you need: Potatoes Avocado oil Garlic powder Dried parsley Dried dill Dried oregano Sea salt Pepper

Cut potatoes into wedges, drizzle with oil, and season with dried parsley, oregano, and dill.

Roast potatoes for 425F (220C) for 35 minutes tossing once.
