Goat Cheese and Pear Grilled Cheese

What you need: Bread Butter Pear Goat cheddar Beemster goat cheese Brie goat cheese Fresh sage Fresh thyme Black pepper

Lightly butter the outer sides of your bread slices, grate and slice your cheese, and finely chop fresh herbs.

Layer the three cheeses, pear, sage, and thyme on the bread. Top with the other half.

Cook the grilled cheese on medium-high heat for a few minutes on each side until golden.
