Goat Cheese Crostini with Butternut Squash

What you need: Olive oil Balsamic glaze Fig preserves Sea salt Pepper Butternut squash Avocado oil Fresh sage leaves Spices Baguette Clove of garlic  Butter Creamy goat cheese

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic glaze, fig preserves, salt, and pepper.

Add diced butternut squash, fresh sage, dried herbs, and spices to a large baking sheet. Drizzle with avocado oil and roast for 20 minutes at 425F.

Thinly slice the baguette and spray or brush with avocado oil on both sides. Toast at 400F for 10 minutes. Fry fresh sage with butter in a skillet.

Rub each slice with garlic, spread goat cheese on top and add butternut squash, fried sage, and balsamic glaze.
