Easy Gluten-Free Waffles

What you need: Brown rice flour Chickpea flour Tapioca flour Baking powder Baking soda Fine sea salt Cinnamon Eggs Avocado oil Almond milk Vanilla extract

In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients.

Pour the wet ingredients into dry and whisk together. Don't overmix.

Cook the batter in a waffles maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Serve the waffles with any toppings you like! They're also freezer-friendly.
