What you need: Coconut flakes Quinoa Almond milk Lemon zest Christmas spices Vanilla extract Cacao powder Maple syrup

Roast the coconut flakes at 350F for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.

Rinse and drain the quinoa and cook it with almond milk for 10-15 minutes.

Add lemon zest, spices, cacao powder, vanilla, and maple syrup.

Serve with toasted coconut flakes, figs, more almond milk, and any other toppings.
