French Onion Dip

What you need: Avocado oil Sweet onions Sea salt Garlic Sour cream Greek yogurt Worcestershire sauce Onion powder Black pepper Fresh parsley

Add oil, onions, and sea salt to a large skillet. Cook on high for 5 minutes.

Keep cooking the onions and stirring every few minutes. Add water when they start to stick.

When the onions are almost done, add garlic and cook for another minute. Deglaze the pan and let the onions cool.

Add the onions to a bowl with sour cream, Greek yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, fresh herbs, and salt and pepper.

Serve the dip garnished with extra caramelized onion and fresh herbs.
