Cheesy Hash Brown Waffles

What you need: Potatoes Cheddar cheese Eggs Flour Baking powder Garlic Sea salt Marjoram Cooking oil

Peel and grate the potatoes using a box grater.

Sprinkle with salt and squeeze out as much liquid as you can. Return to the bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until everything is well incorporated.

Add approx. 1 cup of the batter into your waffle iron and spread it out. Cook on medium for 8-10 minutes.

Serve with eggs, smoked salmon, pickled onions, or anything else you like!
