Easy Greek Orzo Salad

What you need: Orzo Cucumber Cherry Tomatoes Green bell pepper Red onion Sun-dried tomatoes Feta Kalamata Olives Fresh parsley Lemon juice Olive oil Sea salt and pepper

Make your vinaigrette by combining freshly squeezed lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Set aside. 

Cook the orzo and add it with the rest of the ingredients to a large bowl and toss gently.

Drizzle the salad with the lemon olive oil vinaigrette and serve. It's delicious on its own or with a side of protein.
