Easy Creamy Broccoli Pasta

What you need: Pasta Broccoli Onion Garlic Cashew Milk Pecorino cheese Lemon Dried oregano Red pepper flakes Avocado oil Sea salt and pepper

Sautee onion, garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes together with avocado oil.

Add cashew milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in grated pecorino and a squeeze of lemon.

Cook your pasta and blanche the broccoli. Add both to the pan with sauce.

Gently toss everything together and add pasta water if needed. Add more cheese if desired and serve.
