Vegan Pumpkin Pasta with Sage

What you need: Pasta Pumpkin puree Yellow onion garlic White wine Sage Rosemary Cashew milk Nutritional Yeast

Cook the onion and garlic with the herbs. Add the wine and cook down. Add the pumpkin puree, cashew milk, and nutritional yeast, and simmer for 7-10 minutes.

Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Add pasta water as needed to thin out the sauce.

Serve with more nutritional yeast and fried sage.
