Creamy Sun-dried Tomato Pasta

What you need: Onion Garlic Avocado oil White wine Tomato pasta Dried parsley Fresh dill Capers Cashew milk Spaghetti Pecorino cheese

Sautee onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Deglaze the pan with white wine and let it evaporate. Add tomato paste, parsley, dill, sundried tomatoes, and capers. Stir in cashew milk.

Keep your sauce warm and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.

Toss everything together gently and add pecorino cheese if desired. Serve with more cheese and herbs.
