Coconut Lime Rice

What you need: Basmati rice Water Coconut milk Sea salt Lime Fresh herbs (optional)

Rinse the rice thoroughly before cooking. This prevents it from sticking.

When the water runs clear, add water, coconut milk, and sea salt.

Simmer the rice for about 12 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.

Fluff with a fork, add lime juice and zest and cover. Let rest for 10 minutes.

Serve garnished with lime slices and more lime zest if desired.
