Chocolate Covered Cherry Popsicles

What you need: Cherries Maple syrup Vanilla extract Greek yogurt Cinnamon Dark chocolate Coconut oil

Add pitted, halved cherries to a pot with maple syrup and vanilla. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Separate the syrup from the cherries and allow both to cool completely.

Mix the cherry syrup with Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Add pink yogurt to popsicle molds 3/4 way up. Add cherries and move them around with  the back of a spoon.

Top up with more yogurt and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 8-12 hours.

Melt chocolate with coconut oil and dip your popsicles in the chocolate. Refreeze on a baking sheet lined with foil.
