Bruschetta with Mozzarella

What you need: Mozzarella Tomatoes Fresh basil Balsamic vinegar Olive oil Sea salt Pepper Baguette Balsamic glaze

Quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and finely dice them.

In a large bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Slice the baguette into thick slices and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.

Flip the slices and add two halves of mini mozzarella to each slice. Toast in the oven for 5 more minutes.

Top the toasted baguette with the tomato mixture and balsamic glaze, and enjoy!
