Bruschetta with Mozzarella
What you need: Baguette Mozarella Tomatoes Basil Balsamic vinegar Olive oil Salt and Pepper
Quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and finely chop.
In a bowl, mix together the chopped tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper.
Slice the baguette into thick slices and toast at 400F for 5 minutes.
Flip the slices and add two halves of mini mozzarella to each slice. Toast in the oven for 5 more minutes.
Top the toasted baguette with the tomato mixture and enjoy!
