Asparagus Tart with Pesto and Goat Cheese

What you need: Leek Avocado oil Soft goat cheese Pesto Garlic Puff pastry Asparagus Pecorino cheese Egg Everything bagel seasoning

Mix together soft goat cheese, pesto, and minced garlic.

Sautee chopped leek for about 10 minutes and set aside.

Place puff pastry dough on a baking sheet and spread the goat cheese pesto mixture on it.

Sprinkle on evenly the sauteed leek.

Add asparagus on top of the leek.

Use egg wash on the edges and sprinkle them with everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds.

Finish the tart with a sprinkle of pecorino cheese if desired.

Bake at 425F for about 20 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Slice the tart into 8 slices and serve! Great for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack!
