Cajun Fries House Sauce

What you need: Russet potatoes Avocado oil Cajun spice Smoked paprika Sea salt Mayonnaise Ketchup Worcestershire sauce Pickle brine Hot sauce Sweet paprika Smoked paprika Garlic powder

Preheat your oven to 425F. Soak potatoes in cold water for 15-30 minutes.

Dry the potatoes and drizzle with avocado oil. Toss to coat.

Sprinkle with cajun spice, smoked paprika, and sea salt.

Spread the fries out and roast for 25-30 minutes flipping once.
