Butternut Squash Crostini

What you need: Olive oil Balsamic glaze Fig preserves Sea salt, pepper Butternut squash Avocado oil Fresh sage Spices Baguette Garlic Butter Creamy goat cheese

Mix together olive oil, balsamic glaze, fig preserves, salt, and pepper and set aside.

Preheat your oven to 450F. Add butternut squash, fresh sage, dried herbs, and spices to a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and roast for 20 minutes.

Thinly slice the baguette and spray or brush with oil on both sides. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes. Fry fresh sage with butter in a skillet.

Rub each slice with garlic, top with goat cheese, butternut squash, crispy sage, and balsamic glaze.
