Blueberry Simple Syrup

What you'll need: Blueberries Cane sugar Water Vanilla extract

Add blueberries, cane sugar, and water to a medium pot and bring to a boil.

Simmer the syrup for 15 minutes and allow to cool before straining.

Srain the syrup into a jar and store in the fridge.

Use in lattes, cocktails, iced teas, or drizzle over desserts!
