Blackberry Simple Syrup

What you'll need: Cane sugar Water Blackberries Vanilla (optional)

Mix cane sugar, water, and blackberries. Bring the syrup to a boil.

Simmer the syrup for 15 minutes to give the blackberries time to infuse into the syrup.

Strain the syrup well through a fine mesh strainer.

You can use it in lattes, cocktails, mocktails, or drizzle it as you would maple syrup!
