Black Bean Mango Salsa

What you'll need: Black beans Mango Shallot Fresh cilantro Jalapeno Lime juice Tajin Sea salt, pepper

Add black beans, diced mango, shallot, fresh cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and tajin into a large bowl and gently toss to mix.

Season with salt and pepper, add more lime juice or tajin to taste and toss again to combine.

Serve the salsa with tortilla chips, in tacos, burritos, bowls, or as a side with protein.
