The Best Vegan Popcorn

What you need: Garlic powder Onion powder Paprika Cayenne pepper Sea salt Nutritional yeast Popping corn Avocado oil

Mix together the seasoning - garlic, onion, paprika, cayenne, salt, and nutritional yeast. Set aside.

Add oil to a hot large pot with a lid. Add one kernel to see if it's ready. If it pops, add the rest. Cover and let them all pop while shaking the pot often. Be careful.

Trasfer to a bowl and sprinkle immediately with the seasoning and toss well.
