Asparagus Quinoa Pesto Salad

What you need: quinoa asparagus avocado oil sea salt, pepper frozen peas arugula fresh herbs quick pickled red onion pesto lemon juice

Roast chopped asparagus with avocado oil, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.

Add frozen green peas to the pan and roast for 5 more minutes.

Add quinoa, roasted veggies, arugula, onion, herbs, and pesto to a large bowl.
